Good day Gentleman (Musa, Nqobile and Chris), I hope you had a great weekend. I want to thank you for your great service regardless of my impatient and uncooperative behaviour which I apologise for, I have no excuse or right to behave in that manner towards anyone. But your relentlessness has provided me with some comfort that my issue is being handled with care. I had the pleasure of interacting with Chris today and he meticulously assisted me also, please thank him also.
