The most *********** insurance company ever. Worse because they handle cellphones, which should be a no brainer. I logged a claim, paid for the excess and till today I'm waiting for their *********** courier "COURIER GUY", who keeps rejecting to pick up. I want a phone NOT these delays. They don't even communicate, I have to keep calling. MNX
