Poor service provider
I've 2 calling and I don't get assisted.. I am told that I must submit the second ITC number how do I BLACKLIST the second slot with the Imei that I don't have? Their agent tried to help get my imei via Google and only she only got the one that's already blacklisted... How do I get the second Imei??
I blocked my device with the imei number that is on the box of my phone
The service provider says they cannot acess the IMEI number if my phone was prepaid.. Now *** says they want proof of that where do I get the proof? I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THE AGENTS A RUDE AND HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION
