Paying for a cellphone insurance without actualy insuring anything

Good day about almost two years ago i reviewed about a tfg insurance cell phone my ref was CS-*** and a very nice lady by the name of Veronica Singh responded very fast and yes i went to one tfg store and i got a replacement cellphone and was requested to pay access of R200 regardless of me paying insurance for almost over a year without a cellphone i obliged and paid....and now the current issue is they have shamelesly being debiting from my bank account even upto now regarding the very same cellphone in question i have tried engaging with them telephonically with no luck and i even tried reversing the money but they keep coming back i dont even want to mention the cost of reversals and debit order cost ...to say i am dissapointed is an understatement ...this means i have been donating for them for over 3 years and i bet they wont even consider reibursing me ...skelems those ones
