Pathetic sevice

this company is really giving us a hard time to process a cell phone claim. The phone was ****** on 20 March. We did all the necessary steps that had to be followed, like getting ITC numbers and IMEI numbers including the case number from police station. When phoning, they put us on hold and many a times I had to cut call because of other matters. Response to the email was poor. I even mentioned Ill report on hello peter group.. Still no reponse. Hence Im here. In one email they requested my ID number which was already provided. Yesterday they called and said they need an affidavit from me. I dont think its needed especially when the case number has been provived. Their service is quite appalling.
