Pathetic Service

Our company has cell phone contracts with MTN. Our handsets are insured through MTN. One of our employees was ****** and has his cell phone ****** in March 2017. We submitted the claim form to MTN who apparently used Pinnacle as brokers. We were issued with a claim number and had to pay an excess of R350 which we did. Two months later still no replacement phone. On querying what the hold up is we are then advised the phone in under insured - this through MonitorKzn, who apparently handle the replacement, as far as I can understand. We had to pay another R946 for the difference in premium whereupon we would get the replacement handset, the same as the one ******. A week later after paying the R946, still nothing. On again querying what is happening, we then advised that we were given the wrong claim number - take note this is 3 months later. Once again we are told the phone was under-insured and they will work out the new premium and advise us what we again have to pay in. On contacting MonitorKZN, after leaving a message and an e-mail for the person to contact me, which she still hasn't, I phone again and speak to someone else, we get "sorry for the mistake, we will come back to you within 24 -48 hours", with the new premium. Our company is also in the service industry and if we quote a customer the wrong price and want to charge more, we would be laughed at. Howcome is the level of service today non existent.
