Not trust worthy

Claimed against monitors SA whom rejected a claim because the phone was in a car when they stole it, they advised me I will get a letter which I can dispute the claim. Spoke to 3 or 4 consultants who all advised I would get the letter within minutes 6 days later I still dont have that letter, called monitors again today 9am was advised the SUP is not available but i will get a call within the course of the day its been 3 hours now still no SUP to speak to what pathetic service from monitors SA and their staff and for Markham to be associated with such a company whom have opposite values is BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
