No sense of customer satisfaction
I will never encourage my family or friends to make use of monitor administrators cell insurance. I have been paying my insurance since 2020 and submitted a claim last week Monday only for me to call them everyday since I submitted þhe claim for feedback. I called again this morning only to be told that my claim has been unsuccessful. No sense of customer service. Don't bother to call me I just need you guys to cancel the insurance as I am still waiting on an email from monitor to cancel the insurance.
