No feedback, false info
<p>I haave an ongoing claim which involved a loanphone. The claim was handled very very thus far but I was promised a loanphone as I need this to carry on my every day tasks. The faulty device was picked up and twp days later still no loanphone. I send emails but got no reply. I called and was put on hold till i put the phone down and had to recall and at this time I was told that there are no loan phones. I pay for a service that inculdes this for a reason.</p>
