You had no problem debiting my account every single month for over 2 full years...even after I'd just lost my phone. But now it's time for me to make a claim, you dish out trash that I irresponsibly left my phone unattended, merely because I left it on charge? How was I supposed to know that someone was going to break into my house? Do you carry your phones on your ass when you charge your phones?
