Namuhla Dube from Monitor Administrators is a professional par excellence

I do appreciate the assistance I got from Monitor Administrators and most importantly from Namuhla Dube who is such a courteous lady. Namuhla Dube sounds and acts like someone who cares about what she does and helps wholeheartedly.

At first I was informed that unfortunately my cellphone claim could not sail through since I had not supp**** sufficient information to validate my claim. I was so disheartened but Namuhla Dube told me not to despair but instead guided me on what needed to be done and information to be supp****. She even sacrificed her time on hold on the phone whilst I fumbled looking for documents which was exceptional.

Though I had to go back to service providers, police etc so that I get all the relevant details, as per Namuhla Dube's advise, when I did all went smoothly to the extent that my claim did not take even a week, it took about two days and I was sorted. May you please maintain this highest level of professionalism and outstanding work ethic.
