MTNLF*** - Refund
<p>I have been sending emails and making calls which eventually get cut off after holding on the fone for longer than 30 minutes. No one bothers to respond. Ever since MTN insurance decided to entrust their business with these pathetic people, everything has worsened. This is the worst service organisation I've ever had to deal with. They do not even know what communications means. I want my money back, you have seen my emails pertaining to this reference number(MTNLF ********** )!</p>
