MTN Insurance claim

<p>I unfortunatley am unable to speak for all your administrator at Monitorsa but I want to give a review on the Administrator who assisted me with my MTN insurance claim recently. Lindsay Samuel, Claims Administrator what a breath of fresh air, so efficient and understanding, having your phone ****** is a fustrating thing and Lindsy was so calm and he reassuring putting me at ease. I have always heard negative things about MTN Insurance and I expected the worse, but I received excellent service for Mr Samuel and he dealt with my claim in a professional manner and he was with me every step of the way and in kust a week I have a new device. Thank you Lindsay Samuel for the great service it gives me hope that there are people out there who still value good service.</p>
