MRP Cellphone Insurance Claim
Liezel Aver was prompt and communicated effectively, every time she could not reach me, she really made an effort to leave messages, call again later etc. Her explanation of the claims process was clear and precise. If all service providers could provide such service, it would make a big difference to the service world
