Monitor Insurance tell lies.

This company decieve people i paid +-24 months on this insurance being assured by the person who sold the phone and insurance to me at game in kokstad that if you should claim on the phone they will give you a new phone.only to find out that they have to send the phone for repairs which might take plus/minus 7 days which will result in me not having a phone for the period because i mostly work with clients though this phone that meant i wont be able to do my work.There is no ŕeinbursal offered because i have two phones insured with them.
