Monitor Administrators... The worse insurance company ever!!!!

I am at my wits end and I don't know what to do anymore! Monitor administrative is the worst insurance I have ever come across. I bought a cell phone (iPhone 8) at foschini and took out insurance on the device from Monitor insurance. My device fell and was damaged. They received the claim on the 11th April 2022. I am still sitting without a phone. I've spoken to countless consultants... All with a different story. First they requested the policy schedule from the 3rd party that they work with... 3 weeks went by and when I called to find out what's happening... I was told that they are still waiting. I took it upon myself to get the policy schedule from the store and I emailed it to them... I called to make sure they have received it and they confirmed that they did, I asked, what now? They told me they have requested from foschini head office if my premium is up to date.... Another few days of waiting, then I called again.... Needless to say... They told me they are still waiting. This is so frustrating as it seems like they just can't do anything right... How long am I still going to wait for my device? I have spoken and emailed Nduduzo Ngema (claims admistrator) as well as Sibusile Zwane (claims administrator) I've also spoken to Nolutando, Phila and Shahiel.... And not one of them could give me the proper information. I insisted on speaking to a superior and apparently both of them was on a call at the time... I gave my number and asked them to please have one of them contact me... I waited 2 hours and not one call from the 'superiors " being Jabu and Nashwin according to Phila. I called back.. And wow... I was told both of them are on a call. Can I please get help as I am busy losing my mind with these people!
