MONITOR ADMINISTRATORS S. A ARE A ****

I would like to warn everyone obout the bad and unjust services that monitor administrator S. A provides.

First of all I claimed for two cellphones that were ****** and to get monitor administrators to pick up the claim it took 3 weeks and I had to travel 15km to Mr Price hazyview were I bought and insured the devices under this company. When they finally pick up the claim they wanted proof of payment for the insurance, which I saw a way of waiting time because I had provided the policy number. On the 20th of December the approved and I paid and excess of R300 for each device, I was so shocked as the devices cost R800 each this was expensive and ridiculous but I paid the R600 for both devices and sent the proof of payment to monitor administrators. They responded 5 days later with an sms asking me to call and select the replacement devices if which I did and waited for sms confirming delivery of devices as they mentioned but that never happened. I called 4 more times and each time I was told that the devices are not available and should chose different devices. On the 11th of January 2023 I called again and complained about how this has become a taxing and rather costly excersise as I'm the one making calls and monitor administrators is not making an effort to call me all I got is an apology and a lie again that I would get an sms of delivery, to date they have not contacted me. Monitor administrators is a ***** and a ****. This is against the Consumer protection policy. Thay need to be sued does anyone know how we can go about this.

To date I have spend more money than the amount that the devices are covered for
