Monitor Administrators bad service providers

This is one of worse bad service providers insurance companies in South Africa it's been weeks and months claiming for an insurance for my mobile service they can't assist me neither can even give me updates only they know is to push blame forward backward to their co-problem partners Mr Price Mobile/Cellular.

I have even send several emails no response and calls they're telling same problem that they can't see my insurance maybe Mr Price didn't updated them but no solutions always excuses....

I advise any not to use such companies are after money than service providers. I'm depending on such cellphone live my life easy it sing for emails and other important obligations in my life...

I regret the day I took their insurance...
