Monitor administrators

Monitor has been helping me with my cellphone insurance claim from mr price. They have been very great in assisting me with this claim though I have received calls every day or every other day in regards with what they need from me for this claim. I have supp**** everything they had asked even paid my excess fee but it's been nearly 2 weeks now that I'm waiting for my replacement phone so all together I've been waiting close to 2 months now on a replacement phone. They are very quick to try and sort out claims but the department that's suppose to replace the phone takes for ever I'm guessing this is not on monitor administrators but it's still very frustrating. Please remember this when taking out insurance you don't receive your claim immediately there is a waiting period. Satisfied with the level of service just disappointed at how long I'm waiting for my phone. They tried giving me cheaper phones said my phone is not available right now but it was available when I paid my excess now I'm hearing the warehouse can't be contacted because they moved premises.
