Monitor administrator has the worst customer service ever!

Monitor administrators has to be the worst company that I ever had to deal with. This is not the first time I'm writing a review here probably not the last time. So, the company just decided to stop deducting premiums from my bank account when there's money there waiting. This is not the first time. The last time it happened no one could give me a proper explanation as to why it happened. Went to Foschini store for assistance and we spent over an hour on the phone from being transferred from one agent to the other, and no one could assist. My issue is still not resolved because no money has been deducted from my account. My bank account is still the same and my payday has not changed. I don't know why they not deducting.
