I Bought a Cell phone at Mr. Price in Menlyn. I Insured the Phone with Monitor Administrator. My LCD Screen Broke, When I claim they saying My Cell is not insured but I am paying my monthly premium which is included in my Mr Price Account. It has been a week now they are busy with investigations, They are not even contactable on the Number they provided ***.
