(MTN Device Insurance) - I'd like to show my appreciation to Brian Khwela, the consultant who assisted me, for the prompt assistance he provided to us. I requested a refund for my claim and he had no issues sorting that out for me, as long as I sent through the docs needed and after that was done, my refund was deposited in less than a week, with no hassles at all... I just wish there were more customer centric employees like you, who don't hesitate to listen and go the extra mile for their customers! All the best :) - Mandy & Brenda
