Jabulile - thank you!!
I submitted a claim for an iPhone on the 3rd of September 2019. I had great difficulty at first as their were problems with my policy etc. I phoned AGAIN on Fridag the 4th of October 2019 and my call was answered by Jabulile Ntsele. I think he heard the frustration in my voice even before I spoke. The system was offline, but Jabulile promised to phone me back on Monday. Long story short - I just received confirmation that my claim was approved and that my cellphone will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Thank you so so much Jabulile!!
