Horrible service by Monitor Administrator

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Makro Protect , insured by Guardrisk Insurance and administered by Monitor. After being informed that my laptop model was unavailable, I was promised an SMS or email with alternative options to choose from, which I never received. To make matters worse, the feedback I later received contradicted the initial information provided, leading to unnecessary confusion and frustration.

This level of poor service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this insurance to anyone, including my family and friends. Pinnacle Marketing and Makro should seriously consider partnering with a more reliable insurance provider to prevent losing loyal customers due to such inefficiencies.
