Hate their service, what a nuisance to deal with Monitor Administrators

I want back my insurance premiums back. My son is without a tablet for school. Sent the tablet for repairs 2 months ago and nothing until I called and demanded to speak to Manager. Manager tells me tot day to pay eccess which we did and now all of a sudden no parts or stock. My son my now wait for who knows how long or take a smaller tablet. We bought a 10.1" for a reason. What a nuisiance, so upset. @Game must stop pushing sales for these useless company.
