Great service.I had lost my Techno spark phone and it was insured with Mrprice insurance and monitor administrators replaced it with the Huawei Y5 2018 model,the consultant who assisted me throughout the claim process is Nonhlanhla and he is extremely friendly and the claim process took me few days,if anyone is looking for a device insurance,i recommend Mr Price device insurance.I would rate them on a scale of 10/10.I am a happy customer.Thanks Monitor administrators for a good service,you are really representing Mr Price well.
