Great Service - Cellphone Replacement
Even though there were delays caused by the MTN branch in terms an admin error, Phila-Sande Mark was the one individual from Monitor Administrators that listened to my problem, immediately noted what she will attempt to do to assist, honored her commitment to keep me posted and within 24 hours my problem was resolved.
She was fast and efficient and her assistance was excellent. Received my replacement cellphone quicker than anticipated.
