From the pits to the clouds... Thanks to a shining star.

I have had a horrible experience with monitor for my cellphone insurance claim second time running... they are only getting this good rating because of the wonderful Luyanda. I would even recommend using our interaction to train people such as Lizelle, who I believe is a wonderful person but has been quite unwilling to assist me.

My experience: After a week of no feedback with auto responders saying I will be contacted within 24hrs. Thabisile - progress report requested. (04/03/24 11:20) to report back within 24hrs. No notes left for anyone else in her absence. No follow up contact as promised.

Lizelle: Client Administrator. Refuses to give last name. (05/03/24 - 16:45). Exudes unwillingness to assist and rather dismissive with generic responses.

Luyanda: Lovely lady. (05/03/24 - 16:58). Well articulated and informative. Helped me get everything done in minutes when previous agent insisted I wait.
