This compnay kept charging me cell phone insurance even though I did not consent to take put insurance for my new device...when I became aware they reverse some of the charges but left other and still kept the insurance active even though I specifically mentioned it should be canceled

06 Jan 2023, 09:29I got a call from one of you and I must admit it left me horrified and upset to say the least. The person I spoke to was both rude and unsympathetic. He showed no remorse and kept saying I need to contact customer services and ask for the marketing team....even after so much bad service am still expected to write other email and explain the whole situation again
