Excellent Service
The last couple of weeks, I was provided with excellent service from Naiem Ibrahim, and I truly appreciate it.
I can tell you that the prospect of having to spend months to get this issue resolved with my handset was tedious and dim,especially my service provider MTN, who has still not to this day has made contact with me.
I am highly pleased with the professionalism and patience in which Naiem dealt with this matter. Sincerely, Charlene
