Excellent Customer Service

I logged a claim for repair/and or replacement of a mobile device i had bought for my daughter yesterday (3.12.2019). After putting through the claim, i was requested for some information which i did not have at hand and was to call the insurance office back the following day (today 4.12.2019) with the information. Honestly, i was dreading making that follow up call on the 4th and even considering cancelling the insurance all together. Anyway, i called and was attended to Ntokozo Mthembu and from the beginning of the conversation to the end i was listened to, my questions answered and treated with utmost respect. I would like to commend the effort taken by Ntokozo to ensure that i get the best possible service as a paying client and i am humbled by your patience, and explaining in detail the process to my understanding. A good start to my day since i made the call in the morning.
