DON'T INSURE WITH TFG OR MONITOR ADMINISTRATORS

If it was possible, I would rate 0 Star because that is what Monitor deserves. They receive claims and don't even call to inform the client that they need more information, you have to call them. They gave me the run around to repair a phone in 2021 and now again they're giving me the run around to replace a lost phone. I call them everyday and each time there is something new with them, they are always looking for a reason not to pay claims to PAYING CUSTOMERS. As if they have to run after customers and beg them to pay premiums, they act as if they're doing a customer a favor while we literally pay money to insure our items. After making me to go the store to get an ITC for the old IMEI number on the phone, their consultant told that it was over and I would be told whether to submit another Affidavit, but when I called to check (for the millionth time by the way), they're telling me that the supervisor attached a note that I need to submit an invoice from 2019 when I had the phone repaired in another province after they never mentioned that if you repair a phone you need the paperwork. It's frustrating to say the least and I wouldn't advise anyone to take out insurance with them. DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH TFG or this **** called MONITOR ADMINISTRATORS. They don't even deserve the one star, if they don't want to pay out claims they should just say so instead of all this nonsense.
