They undermine consumers and consumers rights, They give a voucher after claiming for a cell phone

With the voucher: consumer must use the exact value to buy another cell phone, if there's no device for the same amount then the consumer looses, the consumer can not add money to buy and loose the balance of the voucher if buying less

This is clearly cornering consumers. It's is like they are making a consumer a favor while the consumer paid the premium for the service
