company refusing to give a replacement value of the insured device

Pathetic!!

i submitted a claim for a cellphone device, it was approved for a value of R4499, however my insurance contract stipulates that a customer will be given the same device insured for or the closest to that device and that is exactly what i am looking for.

The company is refusing to make a replacement with the same cellular phone or give me an equivalent of the phone despite the provision in the insurance contract.

I have been sent from pillar to post, the supervisor Nqobile Maphumulo is now running away and not taking my calls and when i ask for the matter to be referred to other supervisors, they are all busy and no one is available to assist.
