Claim of damaged/lost devices

I had claim my lost device successful, however am not satisfied with the price range or rather forced to claim the device you do not need. I was subjected to claim below the price of original device even if I had offered to pay the difference of a mere R100. Compare to R1300 that is lost on my side.
