Cellphone insurance claim

This is the worst cellphone insurance you can go for. Zero rating from me they don't deserve even a star, terrible in every way I must say and not so recently I happened to have lost my device and lodged a claim which was on the 27th of November 2023. To this day(11 February 2024) I still don't have feedback about the claim from the company regardless of me submitting the required documents in fact you have to call and do all the follow up yourself.

Every time you do there is always a missing document that needs to be submitted and they will send you back and forth for nothing they also don't even bother informing you about any missing details you might have. If you're thinking about insuring your belongings DO NOT go for them. You also might think this is just another unhappy client who might have misunderstood some issues but the truth is no they're just poor at providing services.
