Cellphone Insurance Claim

<p>The worst service i ever exsperience! I logged a claim on my damage cellphone at my MTN Service Provider ( MTN - Riverside Mall Vdbp.) It is more than 5 weeks and still no approval of my claim. The reason after i phoned them on ********** . Sorry but you were under insured! When i took the cellphone contract with MTN the insurance were linked to my device. I didnt have a choice to Selelct a premium, and now when i exsperience a problem and they need to replace my device i am under insure. Even their record shows ( According to Confirmation send by them to me by e-mail) that i am paying the correct premuim for the type of device Value i have. Nobody can supply me with a Solution to this mess!! I SEND A E-MAIL TO GET MANAGEMENT CONTACT DETAILS - STILL NO RESPONSE.</p>
