Pathetic service from all the call centre agents who I have been talking to, logged a call on the 25th of June 2023 and every time I call I speak to a different consultant and have to explain my story from A-Z,been promised that I will receive a call but nothing, spoke to Ncobile who promised to help me but still, it's the 17th August 2023 today and nothing from this company. Pathetic service and I know all calls are recorded,
