Cell phone insurance not paying and not responding

Hi, monitor administrators is really not the kind of insurance company I want to be associated with. I claimed for my ****** cellphone on the 17th of July 2022 and submitted all documents requested and till today I have not received a response or email and when I call, your agents send me pillar to post or don't answer at all and I end up wasting airtime. I still dont have a phone but I have paid my insurance consistently. You guys are leading me to believe you are an insurance con artist and if I don't get a call soon or response I'm going to put my lawyers on you and that is a promise I intend to keep.
