Cell phone claim
I had an insurance that was cancelled but I was still debited. When I put it a claim they said I'm not covered since I didn't pay for two consecutive months but I only didn't pay for one month and I sent them a proof but I was not assisted.
It's not easy to deal with a company that is only based in one province while you are in another province. When I call your call centre I end up wasting my airtime.
