Big thanks to Shahil and the rest of the Monitor Administrators team!

I recently lost my phone, which was insured at the time by 24 Hour Mobility, which is administrated by Monitor Administrators. The claims process was quick and relatively painless. Obviously, as with any insurance claim, there is admin involved, but the team at Monitor Administrators (and in particular Shahil Singh, who went well above and beyond to assist me with processing the claim!) were phenomenal. They are easy to get a hold of when needed, and at no point did I wait longer than about thirty seconds for someone (an actual human being!) to answer when calling.
