BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I submitted a ****** phone insurance claim and I was gratefully and pleasantly assisted by Rachel Cebekulu. She is the BEST agent a customer can ever deal with. She kept me up to date with the claim from beginning till I received my replacement phone. She was friendly on the phone, a breath of fresh air for a customer services agent. She made sure that my claim was processed as quickly as humanly possible...the claim was approved within a day after I made contact with her. We communicated telephonically or via email to keep me up to date on the process when other agents were not "able" to assist. I can not thank and praise her enough for her professionalism, humility and pleasantness. Please keep up the GOOD WORK Rachel, not just to me but other customers as well and I hope that you are recognized for your great work.
