I would like to say thank you to Vezi B , he was so pleasant to deal with very patient and showed empathy towards my insurance claim he really outdid himself . Please train all staff members to follow through clients and actually show effort on finding out and being able to explain like he did .. I rate him a 5/5 am amazing individual I hope the company recognises his effort and going the extra mile
