Bad service ever

I'm the policy holder of the account,I purchase a cell phone April 2023, @Jet Store in Somerset, From the onset I made it clear I'm buying the phone for my son who was then 9 years old,the phone march 2025,got ******, When I logged the claim in Zevenwacht mall initially via telephonically @TFG they say this particular phone is not insured by them,to my suprise we hang the phone, I show the sales ladies who were @the store that day @jet all relevent documents,then eventually they pick it up,then gave me the forms to complete,and promise me that they are going to send the documents, today 19/03/2025 I Received an Sms directing me to follow a link ,stating that they are declining my Claim,

Cause I never declare that my 9 year old will be the one who will be using the phone, I dialled Monitor Administrators adressing my unhappiness about the matter,the lady that I spoke to by the name of Lizel ,who refuse to give me her surname ,told me that in the contract it is written,by she didnt want to listen to what I was saying,she educate me by saying I should have read the contract before I sign
