AVOID INSURING WITH THIS COMPANY
my phone was ****** on the 18th of October, send a claim in to MTN>>>MonitorSA
The experience dealing with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. As I'm typing this on the 30th of October I'm still without a phone(on insurance contract they specify that the phone will be delivered within 1-5 working days)
Every time I call there is a different excuse or they simply tell me there is nothing they can do for me during that time
This is the worst phone insurance company iv ever seen AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
