An Amazing experience!

I had to register a claim for my phone that was insured for years. I registered the claim. I sent through the documents, expecting delays. Registering the claim was very easy.

I had some questions about my claim and spoke mainly to Shahil Singh & Precious Khoza. They were VERY professional, extremely friendly and helpful and they made this process easy and smooth. It was really a WOW experience! I spoke to Precious Khoza first, I really fealty the warm friendliness and understanding. Shahil Singh mainly registered the claim and processed the claim. This was an amazing experience, like I cannot explain. Shahil was treating me like you can only wish for. He was extremely helpful, understood every question and action everything perfectly and updated me regularly.

I received my replacement device very quickly by courier and are extremly happy.

This was hands-down the best experienced I had with an insurance company by far! Shahil Singh & Precious Khoza did an excellent job, working together, to get me (the client), the best experience ever!
