Im not happy with their service ive been paying cellphone insurance for 5 years when i start to claim 1st they told me to submit replacement slip after i submitted now they change i hvnt paid monthly installment how come because my account is always up to date..Finrite was way better than this new monitor administrator its a **** i dont advice my friends or my family to join Monitor
