<p>It's so rare to get truly excellent service, that it's worth commenting on when it happens. I got that amazing service last week from a young man, Kenneth King, who works for Monitor Administrators. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting my insurance claim resolved for my cellphone that had been ******. I am deeply grateful to him for taking the time to hear my story and working so hard on my behalf to ensure that my claim was paid out. Insurance, especially claims, is not normally a positive experience, but Kenneth truly was outstanding and made it an extremely happy and positive experience for me! Thank you!</p>
