I lost my bag inside there was 2 phones I did go to the shop to submit my claim they send me msg that shows they approved 1 phone when I go to the store to take that phone they call the insurance and they say it was a mistake that msg I'm not happy why would the approval and decline when I'm there to collect a phone is not my fault for them to send that msg to me I want that phone I claim bcs there where 2 phone but they approve 1 only plz help me so that I can get that approved phone *** my ID *** I still hv that msg with me for approval it's that the way u work approve and decline at the same tym when a customer is in store to collect as long as I hv this msg I'll go further with it I'll b happy if u can assite me the workers in store where good to me but the insurance people where rude I spoke to londeka and snethemba were rude to me I ask speak to the manager they didn't want me to speak to her ur service it's poor u don't know how to treat ur customers good insurance people are rude to me I'll b happy if u can assite me to get my 2 cell phone that I lost urs Georgina Tendani Bologo I left my cell number and Id number
