Awesome Service!

I ordered a Da Vinci 3D JR printer from Moniquesplace at a very good price. Steven searched and found one at a warehouse in Bloemfontein, and after I have paid, the warehouse discovered that the printer was unfortunately damaged. Steven offered me two other makes and models and said that I can either choose one of those he suggested and will pay in the difference, or he will gladly refund me. After looking at the specs, I selected the Creality Ender 5 Pro, which was priced higher than the Da Vinci. Moniquesplace also paid for the delivery, which I am very thankful. It is not only the fact that I got a better printer for the same price as for the one which I originally ordered, but it is mostly about the compassion, understanding and awesome service which I received from the company. And in these difficult times, especially for small companies to take a knock in order to have a satisfied customer, is almost unheard of. Hats off to you Moniquesplace! You will be my first stop in any of my IT purchases in the future.
